In this workout, the dumbell or barbell is taken and the workout is very similiar to that of a Flat Bench press wherein u lower the dumbell or barbell to ur chest level and again lift it. It is very similar here but the dumbell or barbell is lowered to the neck and then lifted. The muscles worked out in this exercise are the biceps and the chest muscle. The pressing motion starts from the neck and ends with the neck.
Though i had a very good idea i could’nt implement it because my knowledge in that area was very less. If i had started it now i might be doing well…. But alas it didnt happen that way. Creating a big group and making them click is ok but they ve to view the page more number of times also they must also surf through those pages for a longer time and click on a link or two on those pages. Spending from 30 seconds to one minute on a page is also ok. So my account got banned. What next?? I didnt sit idle. What i did i will tell u in my next post. to be contd…….
Obama or John who is gonna win the polls in America?? That is the talk of the whole world right now. The attention of not only the people of america but also from the rest of the world are eagerly waiting for the results of the elections. The line of difference between the two is that Obama has promised to withdraw the troops from Iraq and John says he will them there or even get more troops to Iraq until they win. What do the people of america want? They want troops to be withdrawn or let the war continue… That will be evident when the election results will be announced
I started off with ads being published in my blogs. It was not a successful venture. I wanted to earn and my friend taught me everything that was happening in around this idea. He is a maestro in this and has been building many good sites. He is focussed only on developing a good site and not earning from ads but i thought i was smart enough and knew enough to earn from this. But that wasn’t so. I developed a blog and put posts which were of my interest. I thought if i can make a big group of friends and exchange clicks on a calculated basis with very few repetitions then i can be earning easily. But that was not a bad idea.
